Self-guided tour of the “Camps i Armet” agro-forestry-pastoral farm
The self-guided tour of the “Camps i Armet” farm, located in the municipalities of Cruïlles, Monells and Sant Sadurní d'Heura (Girona), is a 12 km route where visitors can learn about the concept, design and objectives of three demonstration agroforestry systems, as well as other features of this 150-hectare demonstration farm. The tour can be followed by using the QR code posts installed along the route, and is also available on the route's website.

This plan sets out the proposed activities that will ensure the continuity of AgroForAdapt once the project has come to an end.
